However, we are not responsible for outages or circumstances beyond our control that hinder access to your site or server such as the following:
- Network conditions across the internet, such as between your ISP and our data center
- DDoS or other malicious attacks on our servers
- Your ISP's network problems
- Browser or DNS caching issues
- An outage from an upstream provider outside of our network
Occasionally, servers and related hardware need to be brought down for routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure that your site will perform optimally. We strive to keep such service interruptions to a minimum, and will always attempt to give you advance notice of any scheduled maintenance. Such scheduled service outages do not qualify for the uptime guarantee.
This guarantee is applicable for any unscheduled downtime of your website for more than 0.1% of the total time per month. We will credit one day's service fee for every hour that your website is unreachable due to an internal network or equipment failure. Downtime must be confirmed by a staff member of our support team. The maximum credit will not exceed 100% of the monthly service fee charged for the affected month, excluding any paid fees for additional services.
